We’re proud to be a high-end custom metal cabinet company, but at our core, Baldhead is a family. Since manufacturing our first metal product in 1985, we’ve remained family-owned and operated.
We believe that relationships matter, that there are no shortcuts to quality, and that generosity is contagious. We’re grateful for the work we do and the incredible people we’re fortunate enough to work alongside every day.
There’s a reason we’re not called Fleming Cabinets — we believe our “family” extends far beyond just us. From the front desk to the shipping dock, every member of the Baldhead team plays a crucial role in the design and manufacturing of your custom cabinets.

Our Story
Bobbie is the one who deserves the credit for seeing the vision of Baldhead Cabinets long before anyone else. After convincing Eric to design custom metal cabinets for their own remodel, Eric sat down with his engineer, Andy (the bald one), and together they began sketching the blueprint that would eventually become Baldhead Cabinet Company.
Over 20 years later, Eric still enjoys working directly with clients and going on installs. When they’re not in the shop, Bobbie and Eric love traveling to visit the schools and orphanages they support through organizations like Lifesong for Orphans, Harvest India, and The Freedom Story.
